Thank you for coming to Great Falls be it business, convention, medical or pleasure. We welcome you. We encourage you to enjoy our community and take full advantage of all we have to offer.
During your visit save some time to visit our many museums, the Children's Museum, Paris Gibson Square, Cascade County History Museum and the Malmstrom Air Force Air Museum.
The Charles M. Russell Museum is a must world class and an experience to hold for a life time. A visit to the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center will take you back to the time of the explorers as they traveled the Missouri River, walked the prairie and foothills. Close your eyes and imagine you were there.
Overlooking the great falls of the Missouri is the Montana Veterans Memorial, "A Place of Honor," the largest memorial in Montana dedicated to honor all veterans.
Let us encourage you to take a picnic lunch to Giant Springs Heritage State Park and fish hatchery. Walk around the giant spring and cross the stone bridge between the spring and the Missouri River. This is a great place to cast a line to catch a fine rainbow trout.

We welcome you to enjoy our many city parks, kick off your shoes, toss a ball, play catch, fly a kite or just lie on the grass and look up at the blue or find images in the clouds. (Just as we did when we were kids.)
Walk around Gibson Park feed the ducks and geese, walk or bike the Rivers Edge Trail and watch the wild life. Take a refreshing swim at the Electric City Water Park, check out the Wave Rider and water slides or perhaps relax at one of our neighborhood pools. Play a round of golf at Eagle Falls or Anaconda Golf Courses. Remember there is no such thing as a bad round of golf.
We invite you to visit and shop downtown Great Falls, enjoy our cultural centers, the restored old railroad stations and the old Milwaukee railroad tracks. Plan to visit the Holiday Village Mall and Market Place shopping centers and enjoy our vast array of family restaurants with menus from breakfast, coffee breaks, dinner and late night snacks.
Best of all, we want you to feel at home and welcome in Great Falls. When your stay with us is complete and you are on your way home, may you have a warm feeling that you want to return to our community for an even longer visit.
Thank you for coming to Great Falls.

Best Place to Raise a Kid
Business Week named Great Falls the best place in Montana to raise kids, last year.
Business Week teamed with real estate analyst OnBoard Informatics to choose the best locale for families in each state.
They used such criteria as school performance, air quality, crime rates, job growth, family income, museums, parks and other amenities.
Cities had to have at least 45,000 residents.
Missoula and Billings were listed as runners-up to Great Falls.
