Indian Family Health Clinic
The Indian Family Health Clinic, 1220 Central Ave., provides limited primary care, wellness services and behavioral health and substance abuse programs for urban Indians. The facility also has an equipped fitness and wellness center.
The clinic provides substance abuse programs which include intensive outpatient treatment, as well as evaluations and referrals to other programs.
