The Great Falls Clinic, with about 105 doctors, is the largest independent group medical practice in Montana.
About 75 of its doctors and medical professionals are shareholders in the operation.
"Working together, the Clinic provides comprehensive primary, surgical and specialty care in more than 30 specialties to patients in Great Falls, and brings these services closer to patients by providing outreach services to more than 20 communities throughout Montana," says Greg Hagfors, Chief Executive Officer of the Great Falls Clinic.
The Clinic has completed a multimillion-dollar, multiyear building campaign.
After unveiling its $20 million, 108,000-square-foot medical specialty building two summers ago, the Clinic began a major remodeling of its main building at 1400 29th St. S. The remodeling occurred in three phases.

The first phase moved the Clinic's Immediate Care Center from its location on Central Avenue to the main Clinic building.
A second phase involved remodeling the pediatrics, allergy and asthma area. Expansion and remodeling of the Clinic's internal medicine space was undertaken in the final phase.
In general, the remodeling is aimed at reconfiguring the 104,000-square-foot main building after a number of medical specialty areas moved to the new structure down the street from the main building.
"It's some consolidation and opening up of new space for new physicians as they come in," Administrator John Kinna says.
A third major building in this complex is the Great Falls Clinic Surgery Center. Patients do not stay overnight. Call the surgery center at 771-3500 for details.
In addition, the Clinic purchased the 20-bed Central Montana Surgical Hospital at 1417 9th St. S. Built by Great Falls businessman Harold Poulsen in 1999, the facility was expanded and licensed as a hospital in 2002. This facility offers surgeries requiring overnight stays.
The Clinic also moved its business operations from a downtown location to newly remodeled space in the former Village Twin theater at 13th Ave. S. and 9th Street.
